*Minimum is the monthly total of your orders, in any mix of brands and flavors. If a month comes in under the minimum, the difference is billed as a service fee. Plans run 6 months; the display stays NicQuick property and is picked up if you cancel. Tin profit is an example: buy at about $10 and sell at $13 to $14. Actual figures depend on products and prices. Nicotine products require a Washington Tobacco Products Retailer endorsement. The venue applies with the state, and NicQuick credits the $175 fee on the first invoice; if the plan ends within 6 months, the credit is added back to the final invoice.

FAQ

Questions from bar owners.

Something else? Ask it in the sign-up form and we'll reply within one business day.

Can a bar legally sell nicotine pouches in Washington?

Yes, with a tobacco retailer endorsement for each location, and products bought from a licensed Washington distributor. You add the endorsement yourself in My DOR. See how.

Do I need to install anything?

No. Your display arrives stocked and ready. Iceshelf fridges and the Arctic Fox plug into a standard outlet. The Puffin rack needs no power.

Do nicotine pouches need to be refrigerated?

No. Pouches like ZYN are made to be stored at room temperature. An Iceshelf keeps traditional snus at its freshest and looks premium, but a lit Arctic Fox case or a Puffin rack works just as well for most bars.

Where can the display go?

Behind the bar, where only staff can reach it. Customers never serve themselves: a bartender hands over every tin after checking ID. Displays can't go on the customer side of the bar or in restrooms.

Is the display a vending machine?

No. It has no coin or card slot and only staff operate it. Federal rules allow vending machines and self-service displays for nicotine products only in venues that never admit anyone under 21, so every NicQuick display is a staff-only fixture and every sale goes through your register as a face-to-face sale.

What do our staff need to do?

Sell only to customers 21 or older and check photo ID for anyone who looks under 30, the same habit as alcohol. Keep your tobacco retailer license current and keep the invoices we give you for five years. We supply the required signage and a one-page staff guide.

We serve minors during the day. Is that a problem?

No. Products stay behind the bar and staff hand them over only after checking ID, the same as with alcohol.

What does it cost?

Nothing upfront. With a 6-month supply plan you order at least $1,000 a month in any mix of brands and flavors ($2,000 for a fridge), and the display and signage are included. The display stays NicQuick's property, and we pick it up if you cancel. You pay the $175 state license fee when you apply, and we credit it back on your first invoice.

Which products do you carry?

FDA-authorized nicotine pouches only, such as ZYN, on! and Velo. You choose the brands, flavors and strengths, and we adjust the lineup to what your customers buy.

Who is NicQuick for?

Venues with steady pouch demand: busy late-night bars, nightclubs, independent liquor stores and similar spots selling roughly 25 or more tins a week. If you're not sure, tell us your best guess in the form and we'll talk it through.

When does the display arrive?

As soon as your Tobacco Products Retailer endorsement is approved. Sign up and apply in My DOR at the same time, and we'll have your display ready to deliver, stocked, the week your license comes through.

How do I pay?

You get an itemized invoice after each delivery and pay by bank transfer or check. Invoices, orders and your license status are always in your customer portal.
