Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of nicquick.com and the NicQuick customer portal. By using them, you agree to these terms.

Who can use our services

Our services are for businesses located in Washington State and for adults acting on their behalf. Nicotine products are sold only to retailers holding a valid Washington tobacco retailer license and are not for sale to anyone under 21.

Subscriptions and orders

Subscriptions, fridge placement, pricing and payment terms are governed by the written agreement you sign with NicQuick. If anything on this website differs from your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls. Prices and examples on this website are for illustration and may change.

Your account

You sign in to the customer portal with a one-time link sent to your email. Keep access to that email secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity in your account, including orders and electronic signatures.

Electronic records and signatures

You agree that agreements, invoices and notices may be provided electronically, and that typing your name to sign an agreement in the portal is a legal signature.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse our services, attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with how the services work.

Licensing

Each customer applies for and maintains its own Washington tobacco retailer license with the state. NicQuick delivers nicotine products only to locations with an approved license.

Disclaimers and liability

The website and portal are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, NicQuick is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or portal. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under your signed agreement or under laws that cannot be waived.
