Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information NicQuick collects through nicquick.com and our customer portal, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Who we are
NicQuick LLC is a Washington limited liability company based in Seattle that supplies nicotine products, caffeine pouches and displays to licensed Washington retailers. Questions about this policy can be sent to hello@nicquick.com.
Information we collect
- Sign-up information. When you ask whether your bar qualifies, we collect your business name, your name, email address, phone number, neighborhood, age policy, preferred display and any notes you add.
- Customer account information. When you use the customer portal, we keep the email address you sign in with and the records of your account: license status, agreements and electronic signatures (including the name and title you type, the time, and your browser type), orders, deliveries, invoices and payments.
- Licensing information. To confirm you may buy nicotine products, we record your UBI number and Washington tobacco retailer license number.
We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we do not sell or rent personal information.
How we use information
- To respond to your request and decide whether we can serve your business.
- To verify retailer licenses, deliver products and displays, and send orders, invoices, receipts and reminders.
- To keep records required by law. Washington requires tobacco retailers and distributors to keep invoices for five years.
- To secure our services and prevent misuse.
Service providers
We use a small number of providers to run our services: Netlify hosts the website and handles form submissions, Supabase stores our database and manages portal logins, and Resend delivers our emails. They process information on our behalf and only as needed to provide their services.
Cookies and browser storage
The website itself does not set tracking cookies. When you sign in to the customer portal, your browser stores a login session so you stay signed in. Signing out removes it.
Retention
We keep sign-up information for as long as it is useful to respond to you, and account and transaction records for as long as you are a customer and as long as the law requires afterward.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete information about you by emailing hello@nicquick.com. Some records, such as invoices, must be kept for the period the law requires.
Age restriction
Our services are for businesses and adults. Nicotine products are not for sale to anyone under 21, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Security
We use encrypted connections, access controls that limit who can see account information, and providers that maintain industry-standard security practices.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
